The safety of our 26 servers and 375 workstations is ensured against any crashes, power failures, data security breach and fire through advance measures such as Power generators, round the clock central air conditioning, fire alarms, security locks and security systems, as well as data backups.

Reliable Networking

Two dedicated servers located at our other site are used to back up our Mail Server to prevent any loss of mail data.our main networks are all connected to backup servers such as development,DNS ,Mail,Active Directory or Internet access.

Security management is strictly controlled at Gillanesolutions. We have documentations developed primarily for the purpose of defining security policies which cover data encryption, data exchange and usage of networks.Logon scripts ensure that these policies are adhered to by all personnel.

Employee verification procedures

New recruits as well as existing employees have to go through background checks and screening of professional documents when they are submitted. It is also our policy to make mandatory for all to sign an NDA and such agreements pertaining to the security of our clients and our company. Our monthly meetings convey any updates in our security policies and make them a standard throughout our organizational hierarchy.

Emails are encrypted for safety through SFTP.ISO standards make it obligatory on us to provide and ensure top of the line security measures. Our security system isnt just limited to our network systems. It begins right from the point of entry into the building of our organization. Our CCTVs ensure no unrecognized personnel is allowed to enter through the automated door locks. Electronic security systems such as employee code and thumb impressions are entered before entering the main hall. From there onwards each of our floors has its independent security systems identical to those in the main hall which are accessible only once an employee enters our central hall and receives approval from our security officers to proceed.
